为进一步优化我市疫情防控服务举措，“我的常州”疫情防控小程序已在支付宝上线试运行，
提供苏康码、通信行程卡、场所打卡、核酸采样码、核酸结果查询等服务。
在常外籍和台港澳人员均可通过支付宝搜索“我的常州”小程序便捷使用。

To optimize the epidemic prevention and control in Changzhou, the "MY CHANGZHOU" mini program of
Wechat has been run on Alipay, providing health code, daily attendance card, location card,
nucleic acid sampling code, nucleic acid result query and other services.
Expats can easily use Alipay search "MY CHANGZHOU" mini program.

 

 

使用步骤如下

The steps are as follows:

一、打开支付宝，扫一扫“我的常州”小程序二维码，或者搜索“我的常州”小程序。

1、Open Alipay, scan "MY CHANGZHOU" mini program code, or just search "MY CHANGZHOU" mini program.

 

 

二、通过支付宝“扫一扫”功能，或者“我的常州”小程序场所打卡应用“扫码打卡”扫描公共场所张贴的场所码，展示场所打卡页面。

2、Through Alipay SCAN function or "MY CHANGZHOU" mini program SCAN CODE to scan location code posted
in public places, display site in page.

 

受限于苏康码现有接口，在常外籍和台港澳人员以及其他市民在扫码出入公共场所时，会有无法展示苏康码的情况。暂可先通过支付宝“扫一扫”或“扫码打卡”功能扫“场所码”，进行场所打卡登记，然后点击页面上“未获取到苏康码信息，请点击出示苏康码！”出示苏康码方便通行。 

Limited by the existing interface of the health code, expats will not directly be able to display the health code when scanning the location code. just follow above methods, then click "no health code information is obtained,
please click to show your code" on the page to show the health code for easy access.

三、已参加我市全员核酸检测预登记的外籍人员,可通过“我的常州”小程序自动获取“核酸采样码”。

3、Expats who have participated in the pre registration of nucleic acid testing in our city can automatically obtain
the "nucleic acid sampling code" through the  "MY CHANGZHOU" mini program.

在常外籍和台港澳人员，如没有参加常州市全员核酸预登记自动生成采样码的，可在“核酸采样码”服务功能中点击“生成采样码”，用于核酸采样登记。

If expats do not participate in the automatic generation of sampling code for full nucleic acid pre registration, they can click "generate sampling code" in the "nucleic acid sampling code" service function for nucleic acid sampling
registration.

四、已在我市参加全员核酸检测的人员可在“核酸结果”中查看最新的核酸检测结果情况。
 4、Those who have participated in the nucleic acid test of the whole city can check the latest nucleic acid test
results in the "nucleic acid results".

 

 五、通过“我的常州”小程序可快速展示苏康码和行程码信息。

 5、Through  "MY CHANGZHOU" mini program, you can quickly display health code and travel code information.

TIPS: 

一、为便于您便捷使用“我的常州”小程序，你可将“我的常州”小程序添加到手机桌面。

1、To make it easy for you to use mini program, you can add  "MY CHANGZHOU" to your mobile desktop.

 

也可通过收藏的方式，将“我的常州”小程序放置在支付宝首页“我的小程序”使用。

Or collect "MY CHANGZHOU" mini program on Alipay home page "My Little Program".

2、使用“我的常州”小程序时，您在注册支付宝、申领苏康码以及核酸采样使用的姓名、证件号、手机号码须保持一致，才能准确显示您的相关信息。

2、Ensure that you have the same name, ID number and mobile phone number in Alipay, health code and nucleic
acid sampling, so that you can accurately display your relevant information by this mini program.
